A complex of residential buildings in Prague 5's Plzeňská Street.
Reverse development helps to sell more flats. The buildings in this complex are designed naturally from the individual units up to the whole building. This work is preceded by a thorough analysis of unsold flats on the real estate market.
All known issues and mistakes in layout, which negatively affect sales, are already removed in the first phase of the project. These "fine-tuned" units together then make up each floor, building, and eventually the whole complex of buildings. It has become evident that some practices and ways of thinking no longer work today. Real estate developments can no longer be uniform rows of flats perched over garages.
